Amritsar, – The Department of Electronics Technology won the first position in the Guru Nanak Dev University Inter-department Basket Ball (Men) Tournament organized by the office of the Dean, Students Welfare of the University here. The Department of Computer Science and Engineering remained runners-up while the Department of Architecture got third position.
Prof. Rajinderjit Kaur Pawar, Dean, Academic Affairs of the University, who was the chief guest of the valedictory function, distributed trophies to the winners. Dr. H.S. Randhawa, Deputy Director (Physical Education) was also present on this occasion.
In women Section Department of Architecture stood first while Computer Science and Engineering Department remained second and the department of Food Science and Technology finished third.
