Chandigarh – The Punjab government today ordered to transferred and posting of 5 IAS officers with immediate effect. The spokesman of the Punjab government said that Sh. Karan A.Singh has been transferred and posted as Principal Secretary to the government of Punjab, department of Health & Family Welfare and in addition Project Director, AIDS control society and Commissioner for Food. Sh. Satish Chandra, IAS has been transferred and posted as Principal Secretary to Government of Punjab, department of Planning and Special Economic Package and in addition Ex-officio Member Secretary of the Social Development and governance Reforms Commission. Smt. Kalpana Mitttal Baruah, IAS has been transferred and posted as Chairman, Punjab State Board of Technical Education and Industrial Training. Sh. S.K. Sandhu, IAS has been transferred and posted as Secretary to the Government of Punjab, department of PWD (B&R) and in addition Commissioner, Roopnagar Division, Roopnagar and in addition Secretary to the government of Punjab department of Sports and Youth Services and in addition Secretary to the government of Punjab, department of Housing and Urban Development. Sh. Sarvjit Singh, IAS has been transferred and posted as Chief Administrator, GMADA, SAS Nagar and in addition Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, SAS Nagar and in addition Chief Administrator, GLADA, Ludhiana.
