Himachal Pradesh Institute of Public Administration, Shimla in collaboration of Department of Personal Training, Government of India is organizing two week long Training Need Analysis Programme from 10th to 25th October, 2011. The training programme was inaugurated by Sh. Rakesh Sharma, Additional Director HIPA.
Speaking on the occasion, Sh. Rakesh Sharma said that Government of India was conducting this training programme for improving the performance of Departments for better services delivery, in the larger interest of the public.
Dr. Sunit Nithani from Uttrakhand, Dr. Shubhra Mishra from Lucknow and Sh. Dominic Fernandiz were the main resource persons deputed by the Department of Personal Training Government of India.
