Amritsar- It is for the second time that Capgemini has visited Guru Nanak Dev University for the campus recruitments and recruited 24 students of batch 2012 at a salary package of Rs. 3.60 Lacs per annum.
Dr. Hardeep Singh, Director Placements said that earlier 3 students of Batch 2012 of Textile Chemistry Courses of the University were offered job by Advanced Academy for Development of Textile Technology (AADTT-DyStar) at a salary package of Rs. 3.00 Lacs per annum.
He said that 471 students from various courses of batch 2012 of the University have been placed in 8 different national and multinational companies recently. These students shall join their jobs in June 2012 after their final exam and many companies are likely to visit the campus in near future, he added .
