Laurels for Vet Varsity Scientists at National symposium

Ludhiana – Dr Neealm Bansal and Dr Opinder Singh were elected as fellow of Indian Association of Veterinary Anatomists at XXVI Annual convention of IAVA and National Symposium on “Application of structural dynamics of animals and birds in relation to health and production with special reference to biotechnology and immunology” held at DUVASU, Mathura. Dr (Mrs) Varinder Uppal, Dr Neelam Bansal,  Dr D Pathak, Dr G Kaur and Dr Anuradha were conferred with Late Shri L O Dhande memorial silver jubilee award and medal for the paper “Identification of species: a haemo cytochemical and molecular approach” in session forensic anatomy including archaeological study. Drs Anuradha, N Bansal, J Mohindroo and V Uppal were felicitated with Dr MD Hafeezuddin silver jubilee award and medal for paper “Gross anatomical and ultrasonographic studies on the heart of pig, sheep, goat and buffalo” in gross anatomy session and Drs Neelam Bansal, V Uppal, D pathak, Anuradha and G S Brah were awarded with IAVA silver jubilee award for the best poster presentation for the paper “Light and electron microscopic studies on the oviduct of Punjab white quail. Dr Neelam Bansal, Dr Opinder Singh and Dr Varinder Uppal also rapporteured the different session of the conference.
