Amritsar, December 2, 2011 : Neha Gaikwad, a student of Khalsa College for Women, has been declared the Best Player in the Inter-College Rope Malkhamb competition held at Guru Nanak Dev University on Thursday evening. She bagged the 14.60 points to lay the claim on the title, said College Principal Dr. Sukhbir Kaur Mahal adding that the college itself remained Second in the competition. Dr. Mahal honoured Neha and her teachers and guide Dr. Tejinder Kaur and Sukhdeep Kaur for the achievement and stated that college had also remained Second in the inter-colleges Athletics meet in the Women Colleges, affiliated with the GNDU recently .
