Bathinda, December 5: Member Parliament from Bathinda Constituency Mrs. Harsimrat Kaur Badal today strongly condemned the incident in which a Sarpanch had slapped women EGS teacher near Daula yesterday.
In a statement issued here today Mrs. Badal said that assault of a women by any functionary was not acceptable, whatever may be the provocation for that. She has asked the administration to probe the whole incident and take necessary action against the guilty.
Mrs. Badal has expressed regret for this unpleasant incident.
