CHANDIGARH, DECEMBER 05: Punjab Government has appointed Mr. Kahan Singh Pannu as Special Principal Secretary to Chief Minister, Punjab along with his present duties as Joint Development Commissioner, Integrated Rural Development and in addition Commissioner, NREGA and Chairman, Punjab Pollution Control Board, Patiala. This was disclosed by a spokesman of the Punjab Government here today.
