Short term course in Latest Trends in Computer Science inaugurated at GNDU

Amritsar, December 5– A 6-days Short term course in Latest Trends in Computer Science inaugurated at the Academic Staff College of the Guru Nanak Dev University. This course is being organized for the teachers of Computer Science of the Universities and Colleges. This course would be concluded on December 10.
          Dr. K.S. Kahlon, Dean, Faculty of Engineering and Technology of the University inaugurated the Refresher Course. Dr. Sandeep Sharma Course Coordinator welcomed the chief guest and others and detailed about the course. He detailed about the latest techniques and researches of   the future of the 5G Computers, Optical Computing, Streaming Cloud and Virtual Reality.
          In his inaugural address, Dr. K.S. Kahlon said that the modern era is  computer era and he detailed about the importance of internet it makes the life of human beings.
          Prof. Satish Verma, Director, Academic Staff College welcomed the guest and thanks the Coordinator.
          On this occasion, Dr. Gurwinder Singh from the Computer Science and Engineering Department proposed vote of thanks. Dr. Hardeep Singh, Former Head of the Department were also present.
