Ludhiana, December 7:Dr. S. N. Jha, Head, Agricultural Structures & Environmental Control, (AS & EC Division), Central Institute of Post Harvest Engineering and Technology has been awarded with the NAAS Fellowship. National Academy of Agricultural Sciences (NAAS), India, is a noted organization to recognize the contributions of scientists in India and abroad.
Dr Jha has worked on development of processing technology for makhana, to evolve nondestructive methodologies, storage technologies for short term storage of horticultural produce. He has a number of publications in International and National Journals to his credit.
