Amritsar, December 9, 2011:Khalsa College of Education will be celebrating the International Human Rights Day by organizing a special seminar at its newly renovated Bhai Ram Singh Hall tomorrow. College Principal, Dr. Jaswinder Singh Dhillon said that in the modern world the respect for human rights world over is gaining importance. He said they have been organizing seminar and talks on the occasion for the last many years and this time the Chief Guest of the function would be Dr. Jasmeet Kaur Nayyar, Former DPI (Colleges), Punjab while Guest of Honour will be Dr. Baljeet Kaur, National Trainer, Family Health and Fellow, HIV Medicines. Dr. DN Sansanwal, Former Chairperson of Northern Regional Committee of National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE), New Delhi will also speak on the topic.
