Chandigarh 13th December 2011 – Students & Staff of Aryans Group of Colleges, Chandigarh celebrated the 63rd birthday of Prof. D. C. Kataria, Founder, Aryans Group. The celebrations started with the cake cutting ceremony by Prof. Kataria. There was a special session where employees shared heartfelt messages about their experiences at Aryans which added a special touch to the occasion.
Dr. Anshu Kataria, Chairman, Aryans Group, the only son of Prof. D. C. Kataria said that he has been a guiding force behind the foundation and progress of Aryans Group of Colleges. Aryans Group started with one B School but with his guidance & Support in a short span of 5 Years the group is now running MBA, BBA/ BCA, B.Ed and Engineering Colleges. From this session onwards the Group is coming up with Nursing and Polytechnic College.
Dr.Parveen Kataria, Director General, Aryans group & Daughter-in-Law of Prof D.C.Kataria prayed for his long & healthy life ahead & said that Prof. Kataria guides us every day with positive vision and determination.
It is to be mentioned that Prof D. C. Kataria is founder of Aryans Group of Colleges.He did his MA (Economics) from Dehradun and Mussoorie. He started his career as an Economics lecturer in Government College, Muktsar. In 2002, he shifted to Chandigarh & worked there for more than 10 years for spreading awareness regarding UGC/NET examination and guided around 1000 students.
