Amritsar, December 16– All essential arrangements for the smooth conduct of the University Grants Commission National Eligibility Test (UGC-NET) for eligibility for teachers scheduled to be held on December 24 has been done. More than 25 centers have been established including ten in the University Campus and the remaining fifteen in the affiliated colleges.
According to Dr. N.S. Tung, Co-ordinator of UGC-NET, the Admission Cards (Roll Numbers) have been dispatched to all eligible candidates. He said that those candidates, who does not received their admission cards (roll Numbers) for appearing in the UGC-NET till December 20, 2011 are advised to contact the office of Co-ordinator at Baba Budha College Bhawan of the University from December 21 to December 23.
He said that candidate should come with admission card print-out and two identical passport size attested photographs. He said that no Admission Card (Roll Number) would be issued on the day of the Test (i.e. December 24, 2011) under any circumstances.
