He said that each grain truck has been put on GPS (Global Positioning System) enabled devices that can track the movement of truck right from storage facility to the dealer, so that any attempt of pilferage could be detected by general public. He said that any deviation from sanctioned route could be tracked on GPS inviting punishment. He said anybody can access the website www.trackmaster.in and feed the user name ‘attadal’ and password ‘transparency’ and for kerosene the user name would be ‘Kerosene’ and password would be ‘transparency’ to track the movement of vehicle.
Mr. Kairon said that department has been providing atta-dal to the 16 lakh beneficiaries throughout the state, who were getting 35kg grain and 4kg protein rich dal and it is the largest ever distribution network of PDS that was working successfully since last five years. Mr. Kairon said that it is our moral duty to provide PDS food grains to the concerned people without any hassle.
