Chandigarh, December 19: The Punjab Government today issued postings and transfer orders of 5 IAS and 1 PCS officers.
Mrs. Kalpana Mittal Baruah, IAS, has been transferred and posted as Resident Commissioner, New Delhi for Coordinating Schemes of Rural Development. Mr. R. Venkat Ratnam, IAS, has been posted at Secretary, Welfare of S.C.’s and B.C.’s and in addition Secratry, Elections, Punjab. Mr. Mandeep Singh, IAS, Director State Transport and in addition Commissioner, Gurdwara Elections, Punjab would also look after the work of Secreatry, Transport.
Mr.Raminder Singh, IAS, Secretary,Local Government and in addition Commissioner Ferozpur Division, Ferozpur and in addition Commissionor Faridkot Division, Faridkot and in addition Secretary Parliamentary affairs,Punjab would also look after the work of Chairman,Punjab Pollution Control Board,Patiala. Mr.Kahan Singh Pannu,IAS,Special Principal Secretary to Chief Minister and in addition Joint Development Commissioner, Integrated Rural Development and addition Commissioner, NREGA would also look after the work of Chief Administrator, Greater Ludhiana Development Authority, Ludhiana.
The services of Mr. Shivdular Singh Dhillon, PCS have been placed at the disposal of the Department of Finance for appointment as Additional Managing Director, Punjab Infrastructure Development Board, Chandigarh.
