CHANDIGARH DECEMBER 20: The Punjab government today appointed three members of Dalit Bhalai Board, two members of Punjab Safai Karamchari Bhalai Board, one member each of the Punjab State Backward Classes Commission and Punjab State Minorities Commission besides five members of the State Commission for Protection of Child Rights with immediate effect.
Disclosing this here today a spokesperson of the Chief Minister’s Office said that Mr. Gurmail Singh Jhim, Mr. Sunil Dutt Boby and Mr. Vijay Attwal have been appointed as the members of the Dalit Bhalai Board, whereas Mr. Deepak Kumar Telu & Mr. Hira Lal of the Punjab Safai Karamchari Bhalai Board. Mr. Gurmit Singh Jaura and Mr. Albert Dua have been nominated as the member of the Punjab state Backward Classes Commission and Punjab State Minorities Commission.
Meanwhile, the Punjab government also nominated Dr. Jaswinder Singh, Mrs. Meena Tarnaich, Mrs.Amanjot Gupta, Mr. Rajinder Kumar and Mr.Sukesh Kalia as the members of the State Commission for Protection of Child Rights.
The Chief Minister Mr. Parkash Singh Badal today cleared the file with regard to these appointment and the formal orders in this regard would be issued shortly.
