Chandigarh, December 22; Punjab Government has today promoted 3 PCS officers as Special Secretaries.
According to an official spokesman said that 3 PCS officers namely Mr. Sukhwinder Singh Gill, Mr. Harikrishan Nagpal and Mr. Mohinder Pal have been promoted as Special secretaries as they have completed 18 years’ of service.
