DAV Red Cross School for special children, New Tehsilpura, Amritsar under the patronage of DAV College Managing Committee, New Delhi is sufring to greater heights. With inspiration of Sh. Poonam Suri and Sh. J.P. Shoor, Secretary & Director, DAV College Managing Committee, New Delhi, respectively. Eleven hearing impaired students of the school have passed matirc board exams. This was the first batch of the school that appeared in board exams. Students appeared through National open school but all the training to these students was given by the school. Dr. (Mrs.) Neelam Kamra, Mrs. Neera Sharma and Mrs. Simmi Luthra, Manager, Principal and Headmistress of the school respectively congratulated the students and staff members for this achievement and motivated the students for their higher studies.
School is already providing them computer education and now planning for their higher studies.
