CHANDIGARH, DECEMBER 29: The Punjab Government Offices, Boards, Corporations and Educational Institutions will remain closed in the Punjab State on December 31, 2011 on the occasion of Guru Gobind Singh Ji Parkash Utsav.Disclosing this here today a spokesman of the Punjab Government said that this holiday would be under Negotiable Instrument under section of 25 of Act 1881.
