CHANDIGARH, January 11: The Congress will not hold the political conference during the Magi Mela this year. The decision to this effect was taken after the party leaders said that they were busy with their own campaigning.
The general opinion in the party was that since the elections were being held slightly earlier than expected, most of the leaders were busy in their own assembly segments. Hence there was a unanimous decision that the party will not hold the political conference during the Magi Mela this year.
