SHIMLA 21 January 2012 : Prof. Prem Kumar Dhumal, Chief Minister has congratulated Shri Vijay Kumar of Harsaur village of district Hamirpur who won Gold Medal in Standard Pistol competition at Asian Shooting Championship at Doha.
In his message, Chief Minister said that Shri Vijay Kumar has won 139 medals in shooting at different national and international-level competitions. He expressed hope that Shri Vijay Kumar would also bring laurels to the country as well as State in future also.
