CHANDIGARH, January 22: Punjab Pradesh Congress Committee President Capt Amarinder Singh has appointed Amarjeet Singh Tikka as the District Media incharge for Ludhiana while Raman Kumar has been appointed spokesman for the Ludhiana district for election activities.
