Amritsar, January 24 – The Officer Association of Guru Nanak Dev University has facilitated Professor, Dr. Mohanpal Singh Ishar for becoming the Vice-Chancellor of the University of Jammu. Dr. Ishar in future. The executive wished Dr. Ishar a very successful term as Vice-Chancellor and also assured full support for his future endeavors.
