Amritsar, February 10 ( )– The Principals of Affiliated Colleges of the Guru Nanak Dev University congratulated the Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Ajaib Singh Brar, Registrar, Dr. Inderjit Singh and Dr. Jagjit Kaur, Director, Youth Welfare for winning the All India Inter-University National Youth Festival for a record number of 8th time.
Dr. Jagjit Kaur while thanking the Principals of various colleges and students-artists said that the University won this trophy due to the able guidance of Vice-Chancellor, Prof. A.S. Brar and the dedicated and hardwork of student-artists and their principals.
She said that this festival was organized recently by the Association of Indian Universities at RTM University, Nagpur. She said that about 64 universities participated in the various items of music, theatre, literary and fine arts. She said that University also won the Theatre Trophy in this festival.
