CHANDIGARH, February 19: Punjab Pradesh Congress Committee President Capt Amarinder Singh today extended his warm greetings to the people of Punjab on the eve of the auspicious occasion of Mahashivratri.
In a message to the people, he prayed that this festival brings joy and prosperity in the lives of the people. He said, such occasions make us reaffirm our faith in our beliefs and strengthen our resolve for prayer and positive action.
He said, Mahashivratri holds a special significance for people as the whole night people offer their prayers to Lord Shiva for His blessings.
