CHANDIGARH FEBRUARY 23: Punjab Information & Public Relations Officers’ Association today mourned the sad demise of Mr. Lachhami Chand, the father of Mr. Chaman Lal Dhiman Superintendent, who passed away here at PGI this morning after a brief illness. He was 80 and is survived by his wife, two daughters and a son.
In an emergency condolence meeting called by the association, a two minute silence was observed to condole the death of Mr. Lachhami Chand and prayed to the Almighty to grant peace to the departed soul and give strength the family members, nears and dears to bear this irreparable loss.
