PUNJAB TO START VETERINARY AMBULANCE MOBILE SERVICE SOON: RANIKE

CHANDIGARH, MAY 12: The Punjab Government has decided to start free Veterinary Ambulance Mobile Service soon across the state on the pattern of 108 mobile ambulance services to provide instantly treatment to animals.

    Disclosing this here today Mr. Gulzar Singh Ranike, Animal Husbandry and Dairy Development Minister, said that this service would be operational soon with an aim to give instant and free treatment to the animals. He said that Veterinary Ambulance Mobile Service would be provided at all 22 district headquarters and also be connected with the whole state through a toll free number. He said that these mobile ambulance vans would be equipped with ultra-modern medical facilities and controlled by Deputy Director of every district.
