Chandigarh, 16 May- To reduce the growing workload and speedy disposal of cases, a new sessions division Moga has been constituted. Notification in this regard has been issued by the state governments Department of Home Affairs and Justice.
All the present tehsils of district moga will come under the jurisdiction of full-fledged sessions division Moga. According to the notification issued by the state government’s Department of Home Affairs and Justice now District Judge Moga to be the District Judge of Moga District.
It may be mentioned that the Moga Sessions division has been carved out of the Faridkot sessions division.
