Chandigarh, June 12, According to a spokesman of the Transport Department Punjab, the fancy vehicle number PB-03-Z series would be auctioned on June 15, 2012 at 10:00 AM in the office of District Transport Officer Bathinda.
The spokesman further said that open auction would be held under the Punjab motor vehicle rules 1989 and the reserved price for the PB-03-Z-0001 has been fixed at Rs 50,000 where as the price for PB-03-Z-0002 to 0009 has been fixed at Rs 10,000. Adding further, he said that similarly the reserved price for PB-03-Z-10 to 0099 has been fixed at Rs 3 thousand.
He also said that interested persons could submit the bank draft in the name of DTO Bathinda by June 13, 2012. One draft would be valid for only one number. 25 percent amount would be submitted at the time of auction acceptance and the remaining could be given within seven days.
