Chandigarh, July 2: In an order issued by the Punjab government today Mr. Chander Gaind, Special Secretary, Higher Education has been given the additional charge of DPI (Colleges). Disclosing this here today an official spokesman said that Education Minister Mr. Sikander Singh Maluka has given Mr. Chander Gaind additional charge of DPI (Colleges) along with his present duties.
