Ludhiana : July 3, 2012:Civil City Welfare Society (Regd.) organised a function to honour the newly- elected councillor of ward no.31 here today. On behalf of all the residents the President of the society Sh. Sanjeev Kumar Sharma honoured the councillor. Sh. Sharma expressed his hope that the area of Civil City will get a new look and all-round development under the leadership of this young and energetic councillor.
During the function the residents told the tale of their woes. They expressed the poor condition of the internal roads, water- supply, parks and sanitation problems of the locality. The newly elected councillor assured the people to solve all these problems on priority basis.
