Chandigarh, August 14: Mr. Sukhbir Singh Badal, Deputy Chief Minister, Punjab today expressed deep shock at the untimely demise Mr. Vilasrao Deshmukh, Union Minister for Science and Technology and Earth Sciences, who died in Chennai today after a brief illness.
Describing Mr. Deshmukh as a seasoned politician, the Deputy Chief Minister shared sympathies with the bereaved family and prayed to the Almighty to give strength to them to bear this irreparable loss.
