A proper respect to her establish the character of society, so its our social duty to pay respect to every relation which is connected with women. It is dire need of the hour to stop female foeticide, If we want to celebrate festivals like Teej. All the Girls & ladies gathered here should inculcate this spirit to save the future girls. These words were shared by Dr. Satinder Pal Singh Sangha Director Student’s welfare at Teej festival of Guru Angad Dev Veterinary And Animal Sciences University. He said that Varsity arranged this function to uplift and promote the hidden cultural talent of girls.
The Teej festival was celebrated at college of Veterinary Science. A large number of girls from different universities & many colleges gathered at GADVASU Campus to enjoy this cultural festival exclusively meant for eves. A number of competitions were arranged to develop a healthier approach for cultural traditions. Dr. Darshan Singh Badi Welfare Officer revealed the winner of different competitions.
