Similarly it does not show the email id of Punjab Governor, Chief Minister, Ministers, Chief Parliamentary secretaries and many other officials. Manch leader also demanded help line on the pattern of help line of President of India on the website of the president so that people can online put their complaints or letters. Similarly Punjab Website should have a list of Nodal Public grievance officers like the Govt. of India website so that people can email their letters instead of sending by post. He further suggested the modifications in the website, keeping in view the website of the Premier of Ontario state of Canada which is one of the best websites. It is very informatory. You can send online message, can ask any question, can send problem or any suggestion to the Premier. Premier is the designation of Chief Minister in Canada. Any body can get news by email if he or she wants. In this way their website keeps in contact the people with Chief minister, ministers and others.
